Bet com (betcom.site) is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bet com and its users. Every member is responsible for reading and understanding these terms.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on bet com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bet com.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Bet com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bet com, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. bet com reserves the right to close any account at any time if these conditions are not met.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number and email address.
• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

KYC Verification

Bet com may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity. This process may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on bet com are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment processing is fully secure and encrypted. The following limits apply:

Important Payment Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Any chargeback or fraudulent transaction detected will result in immediate account closure.
• Bet com does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment gateway's own fees may apply.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bet com regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Specific terms apply to the use of each bonus. Bonuses may be forfeited if their terms are violated.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 100% match bonus on their first deposit.
• The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing the Welcome Bonus.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonuses are valid only for the account under which they were claimed.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.5.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirement — you can withdraw them directly.
• Bet com reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on bet com. Violating these terms may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless specific conditions apply.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match.
• Live betting is subject to the latest available odds — bet com is not responsible for any display delays.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• The official tournament authority's decision is final in determining match results.

Odds & Payouts

• Bet com uses the decimal odds format.
• Payout = Stake Amount × Odds.
• Bets displaying incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• The maximum payout for a single bet is ৳50,00,000.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet com. Violating this section of the terms will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Participation in match fixing or sports fraud.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to hack.
• Using unauthorized or illegal payment methods.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in bet com's software for personal advantage.
• Betting on behalf of a minor or creating an account for one.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Information is shared with third parties only as necessary for payment processing.

Account Closure & Suspension

An account can be closed by either you or bet com. The process for both scenarios is explained below.

To close your bet com account, email support@betcom.site. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Account Closure by bet com

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 2 years).

Limitation of Liability

Bet com is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Bet com is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of an unexpected technical failure, bet com will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Bet com is not liable for money lost in gameplay — betting carries inherent risk.
